I free myself from the need to anticipate what is coming, both for me and for the planet in general. I free myself of the need to right every wrong, to fix every ill, or rise to every challenge.

I choose my battles based on strategy, care, courage, and steadfast resolve. I will not be swayed by the voice of fear and lack; I am enough. I am proficient, I am excellent. Those things which are under my direct care receive their due diligence, and those outside my inner circle will not move me to overextend myself for the benefit of those who exists outside that purview.

With this spell I liberate myself from the need to be more than I am and accept the me that I am as good, right, and whole.
